In compliance with Meta Platform Terms (Section 4.f), Google Play Store User Data Policy, Apple App Store Guidelines (5.1.1), and India DPDP Act 2023.

1. Facebook & Instagram Lead Data Deletion Instructions

If your contact details were submitted through a Facebook Lead Ad, Instagram Ad, WhatsApp inquiry, or developer inquiry form powered by PropPulse, you have the absolute legal right to request the complete and permanent deletion of your personal data from our servers.

According to Meta Platform rules, we provide the following two methods to delete your activities and data:

Option A: Automated In-App Removal via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Scroll down and click Apps and Websites.
  3. Find PropPulse / OneConstruction in the active apps list.
  4. Click the Remove button.
  5. Check the box to “Delete posts, videos or events PropPulse posted on your timeline” and confirm by clicking Remove.
  6. Click View Removed Apps and Websites, select PropPulse, and click Send Request to trigger automated webhook data erasure.

Option B: Direct Deletion Request Form (Processed within 48 Hours)

Submit the form below to immediately dispatch a cryptographic purge ticket to our Data Protection Officer. All personal records (phone number, name, WhatsApp logs, cost sheets, and site visit schedules) will be permanently purged from active developer databases and backups.

2. Types of Data Deleted

  • Lead Attribution Records: Contact name, phone number, email address, city, and Meta ad campaign identifiers.
  • Chat & Communication Logs: Automated WhatsApp introductory messages, site visit appointment logs, and interactive cost sheet generation logs.
  • Financial Estimates: Generated unit price breakdown quotes and stamp duty calculations.

3. Data Retention Exceptions (Legal Obligations)

In accordance with Section 11 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), finalized property purchase booking agreements and legal escrow token receipts that have been formally executed with a licensed developer entity may be subject to statutory audit record-keeping requirements as mandated by Indian real estate law.
