1. Introduction & Scope

PropPulse (operated under Kiviro Labs and oneconstruction.in, hereinafter referred to as “PropPulse”, “We”, “Us”, or “Platform”) is a dedicated enterprise Sales Operating System engineered for Indian real estate developers, builders, channel partners, and their authorized sales forces.

We treat prospective property buyer data, lead contact details, and developer commercial inventories with institutional-grade confidentiality, isolation, and encryption.

2. Data Ingestion & Meta Platform Compliance

PropPulse processes information strictly on behalf of developer multi-tenancy:

• Inbound Meta & Google Lead Ads Data: Buyer inquiries originating from Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Ads, Google Search Ads, and WhatsApp Business API. Data ingested includes name, verified phone number, email address, project configuration interest (e.g. 2 BHK, 3 BHK), and timestamp.
• Channel Partner Attribution Data: Broker firm details, RERA broker registration ID, and client walk-in timestamp logs to resolve commercial attribution disputes.
• Unit Inventory & Quotation Records: Unit token locks, payment milestone records, RERA stamp duty estimates, and customer demand note receipts.

3. Mobile App Data Safety (Google Play & Apple App Store)

For users of our native mobile applications on Android and iOS:

• No Data Sold: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertising brokers under any circumstances.
• Device Permissions: Optional permissions (Camera for document KYC scanning, Location for site visit check-in, Push Notifications for instant lead alerts) are only requested when you interact with the respective feature and can be disabled in your OS settings.
• Age Restriction: PropPulse is an enterprise B2B sales system for real estate developers and is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

4. User Rights & Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Policy Section 4.f and global data protection standards, any user or lead whose information is stored in PropPulse has the right to access, rectify, or permanently delete their personal data.

5. Security Standards & Encryption

All customer records and unit matrix states are stored with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Enterprise developer databases operate with Supabase PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies guaranteeing strict multi-tenant data partitioning.
