1. Platform Service Scope & Acceptance

By accessing, registering, installing, or deploying PropPulse (operated via oneconstruction.in, mobile applications on Google Play Store & Apple App Store, and connected Meta Webhooks), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

PropPulse provides a multi-tenant Real Estate Sales Operating System encompassing Meta/Google ad webhook ingestion, live tower-floor inventory grids, automated RERA cost sheet calculation, channel partner broker attribution tagging, and construction milestone collections tracking.

2. Meta / Facebook Graph API & Webhook Usage

PropPulse integrates with Meta Platform APIs (including Facebook Lead Ads Webhooks and WhatsApp Business Cloud API) to deliver real-time buyer inquiries to developer sales floors. Users and developer entities agree to:

• Comply strictly with Meta's Commercial Terms and Developer Policies.
• Only contact buyer leads who have explicitly submitted their details through verified lead ad forms with appropriate consent.
• Honor all user requests for data deletion as outlined in our Data Deletion Policy.

3. Mobile App Store & Google Play Licensing

For native mobile application distributions on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

• License Grant: PropPulse grants authorized developer personnel a non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for real estate sales management.
• App Permissions: Features utilizing camera (for scanning RERA KYC documents), location (for geofenced site visit check-ins), and notifications (for sub-2s lead alerts) require explicit user consent and can be revoked at any time via device settings.
• Account Deletion: Mobile users can permanently delete their accounts and credentials directly within the app settings or via our Data Deletion Portal.

4. RERA Calculations & Statutory Levies Disclaimer

While PropPulse calculates Stamp Duty, Registration, GST, Floor Rise, and Facing charges based on state-specific statutory parameters (e.g., MahaRERA, K-RERA, Haryana RERA), developers remain solely responsible for ensuring final allotment letters, sale agreements, and receipts strictly adhere to their registered project disclosures.

5. Service Availability & Enterprise SLA

We commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA for webhook ingestion and live unit matrix locking endpoints, backed by redundant cloud infrastructure and cryptographic multi-tenant PostgreSQL isolation.

6. Termination & Data Portability Guarantee

Upon termination of your enterprise developer subscription, all lead archives, inventory logs, cost sheet records, and customer records can be exported in standardized CSV/JSON formats within 30 business days before cryptographic purge.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
