LeadOne

Terms of Service

Effective date: 4 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and OneConstruction, which provides LeadOne by OneConstruction ("LeadOne", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using LeadOne you accept them. If you use LeadOne for a builder or company, you also confirm you may accept them for it.

1. What LeadOne is

LeadOne is a sales CRM for real estate builders and their sales teams: leads and follow-ups, site visits, inventory and unit availability, cost sheets and quotes, bookings, payment collections and team management. Some features are optional, such as LeadOne AI and connecting a Facebook or Instagram page.

2. Accounts and organisations

  • You must be at least 18 and give true details. Keep your phone, password and sign-in codes to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • A builder's account is an organisation. The person who creates it is its owner. The owner decides who joins and with which role (sales head or sales representative), and can remove people.
  • What each person can see and do depends on their role. Only the owner can export all leads.
  • If you join an organisation by invitation, that organisation controls the records you create there. If you leave or are removed, those records stay with it.

3. Your organisation's data

  • Your organisation owns the leads, buyer details, units, bookings, payments and files it puts into LeadOne. We do not claim ownership of them.
  • You give us permission to store, process, copy and show that data only as needed to run LeadOne for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the personal data you enter, including buyers' and enquirers' details, and for using it lawfully: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, your organisation is responsible for its buyers' data and we process it on your behalf.
  • The owner can export the organisation's leads at any time, and can delete the organisation as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • contact people who have not agreed to hear from you, or break telecom rules on unsolicited calls and messages (including TRAI's rules and the Do Not Disturb registry);
  • enter data you have no right to use, or anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
  • try to reach another organisation's data, get around access controls or usage limits, or disrupt LeadOne;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer LeadOne, or use it to build a competing product;
  • use automated means to send large volumes of requests, including to LeadOne AI.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts LeadOne or other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

5. Prices, quotes and AI

  • Cost sheets, quotes, payment schedules and reports are worked out from the prices, charges and records your organisation enters. Check them before sharing them with a buyer; they are not legal, tax or financial advice, and taxes and government charges must be confirmed with the authorities or your advisers.
  • LeadOne AI suggestions, extracted details and answers can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them. LeadOne AI is used only if you allow it.

6. Fees

If your organisation pays for LeadOne, the fees, billing period and payment terms are those agreed with us separately in writing. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes.

7. Third-party services

LeadOne works with services run by others, such as your phone's dialler, SMS and WhatsApp, Meta (for connected pages) and the providers named in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving LeadOne and may change, add or remove features. We work to keep LeadOne available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The app keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns; keep your app up to date.

9. Ending

  • You can stop using LeadOne at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account). What is deleted for owners and for staff is explained in the Privacy Policy and in the app before you confirm.
  • We may end or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. If we end the service for an organisation for any other reason, we will give reasonable notice so the owner can export its leads.

10. Disclaimers and liability

  • LeadOne is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, including that it fits a particular purpose.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, profits or business opportunities, or for losses caused by data your organisation entered, by AI suggestions you relied on without checking, or by services we do not control.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about LeadOne is limited to the fees your organisation paid us for LeadOne in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹10,000 if it paid none.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use LeadOne after that means you accept the updated terms.
